Your night begins with a glass of sparkling wine before diving into a playful journey through Argentina.
You’ll shape your own empanada with the classic repulgue fold and make chimichurri—hands-on, fun, and an easy way to connect with local flavors.
Every dish is paired with a different wine. The highlight is the Beef Tasting—tenderloin with mushroom butter and slow-braised osso buco—served with a colorful spread of grilled vegetables.
You’ll also try unique local dishes—crispy chard fritters, chickpea farinata, chorizo, a flaky black sausage roll, and pork flank steak.
To close, our Dessert Tasting celebrates dulce de leche with chocotorta, flan, and pancakes, ending with a traditional mate ritual and handmade alfajores.
