Cooking Class Designed by Michelin Guide Chef
Roll up your sleeves and dive into Argentina’s flavors. With a chef as your guide, you’ll craft traditional recipes, pour local wines, and share a lively meal in a small group setting — all inside a stunning open kitchen that feels straight out of your dreams. More than a class, it’s a true taste of Argentina.
class highlights
Hands-on empanadas & chipa
A social cooking experience
Take the recipes home
Learn to prepare a full Argentine meal
Two Argentine wines
Your experience begins with a house cocktail and a generous board of fresh fruits, local cheeses, and nuts — the perfect way to settle in and get to know your fellow guests. From there, the class becomes fully interactive. Guided by a chef, you’ll roll up your sleeves to prepare chipa, the cheesy bread from Argentina’s northeast, and fold empanadas with both classic meat and vegetarian fillings.
The centerpiece of the night is learning to prepare a complete Argentine meal in a dream kitchen setting. You’ll master the techniques behind grilling tenderloin with creamy Andean potatoes and then move on to dessert, making a silky flan de dulce de leche from scratch.
Throughout the evening, two specially selected Argentine wines are poured to complement each stage of your 4-course menu. The atmosphere is lively and communal — a small group cooking, sipping, and sharing together around the table. And when it’s over, you won’t just leave with a full stomach and great memories, but also with the recipes in hand, ready to recreate Argentina’s flavors back home.
